Do you have an Arsenicum Horse?

Is your horse a quick learner, but at the same time gets anxious easily?

Then maybe you’re looking at an Arsenicum horse……

Really knowing and understanding the behaviour of your horse will help you to choose a remedy that can help your horse holistically - mentally, emotionally & physically. By helping the horse in all 3 levels of their health, ensures we can achieve a deeper, long-standing result.

Here’s some of the key indications to look out for in an Arsenicum horse:

  • Athletic Build

  • Super intelligent

  • Clean, neat & tidy - don’t like disorder

  • Appear anxious & restless

  • Dislike to be alone

  • Apprehensive & tense

  • Chilly - liked to be rugged

  • Symptoms are often worse around midnight or 12-2am

  • Dry, scaly skin eg dandruff

  • Prone to sweet itch or COPD

Arsenicum horses find it hard to stand still, they’re always looking to check everything is “just where it should be”, appearing tense and nervous. They’re also very sensitive to any change in their routine - changes are not something they like!

Predominantly used in digestive, respiratory and skin conditions where the mental symptoms are present also.
